• Do I need a passport? Yes, a valid passport is required for all guests. Make sure it’s valid for at least six months beyond your return date. 
• Does the above pricing include flights? No. Flight information won't be available until approximately August 2026. Flight options will be presented to you when they are available. You are welcome to book your own flights, or I am happy to help with that. 
• Is travel insurance required? While not mandatory, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and provide peace of mind in case of unexpected changes or emergencies.
• What else is excluded from the above pricing? Flights, pre-cruise hotel, as well as premium excursions, . are not included in the above pricing.
• Are tips included? Yes! Receive free prepaid gratuities on select 2027 Avalon Waterways Europe & Asia river cruises, when booking as part of a group. 
• Can I bring my kids on the cruise? Absolutely! Children aged 8 and older are welcome aboard. Please note that while the cruise offers a rich cultural experience, it does not include kids clubs or dedicated children's activities—making it best suited for families with older kids who enjoy immersive travel. 
• How do I purchase a drink package? Avalon Waterways does not offer drink packages. Instead, Complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks are served with lunch and dinner. Sparkling wine is often included with breakfast in Europe.  A daily Happy Hour (except for the first night) features a selection of complimentary wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails.  Specialty coffees, teas, and infused waters are available in the Club Lounge at any time. Filtered still and sparkling water refill stations are also available around the clock.

  All meals are prepared by accomplished chefs using fresh, local ingredients. Enjoy:

• How do I get internet? It's included! Each ship is equipped with 2 Starlink antennas for reliable internet access. 
• How do I book my spot? Complete this form, specifying your cruising preferences and authorizing payment of your $500 deposit per room.
